Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least a 24 hour notice, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives ample time to schedule another client. If you do not give the required notice, you will be charged for 50% of the service. This is put in place to respect my time and protect me as a small business owner.

If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of your service. If you no-show more than once, you will be required to pre-pay 100% for all services.

Please be on time for your scheduled appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may risk being rescheduled. This is to be considerate of the appointments following yours.
